Classroom Technology Support Services (CTSS) is responsible for the maintenance and operational support of technology in classrooms across campus as well as providing training and demonstrations. CTSS also provides a full range of Audio/Visual equipment for faculty and staff to use in classrooms. Equipment can be reserved by calling the main office at 744-7155. In addition, CTSS works closely with colleges, departments, and service units designing and updating advanced presentation technology in classrooms and conference rooms.

CTSS staff is available to instruct users in the operation of various equipment and technologies:
- Traditional audiovisual equipment including: TVs, slide projectors, audiocassette recorders, public address systems, etc.
- Portable multimedia systems such as laptop computers and video projectors.
- Multimedia control systems in classrooms and lecture halls that may include sound reinforcement, computers, video projection, VCR and document cameras.

CTSS can repair most types of university owned audiovisual and electronic equipment. We also provide repair and preventative maintenance of installed multimedia systems in many of the classrooms and lecture halls.
