The ITLE modern conference facility located on the campus of Oklahoma State University is available to accommodate your conference in style.  Whether you are hosting or simply participating in a conference, our room can be custom tailored to fit your needs.

This humble little room has been used to collaborate live with sites all over the world!

You can comfortably seat 11 participants around the conference table and can seat 20 more participants around the room.

The room can also be used as a simple local only multimedia meeting room.

Meetings can also be recorded to videotape from this room if you so choose.

The room is equipped with many extras to help make your conference a success, including:

• A computer to show websites, applications, or PowerPoint presentations
• A wireless keyboard, mouse, and hand held PowerPoint advancer
• A 42” flat panel plasma screen for showing your presentation locally with style
• A document camera to help show hand written notes or small objects
• And of course the videoconferencing equipment itself
• The room is also equipped with a speaker phone to allow participation in audio conferences.
