Equipment Checkout
Audiovisual equipment may be borrowed by
contacting the CTSS main office at 744-7155.
Equipment may be delivered to a departmental
office, satellite office or picked up at our
location.
Note: There will be a charge for
non-academic use of CTSS equipment and
services. Contact the CTSS main office at
744-7155 for details.
Training
CTSS staff is available to instruct users
in the operation of various equipment and
technologies:
·
Traditional audiovisual
equipment including: TVs, slide projectors,
audiocassette recorders, public address
systems, etc.
·
Portable multimedia systems
such as laptop computers and video
projectors.
·
Multimedia control systems in
classrooms and lecture halls that may
include sound reinforcement, computers,
video projection, VCR and document cameras.
Consulting
CTSS has worked with colleges and
departments designing and specifying
complete multimedia systems in classrooms,
auditoriums and conference rooms. Contact us
for assistance in planning your next system
or when you need help deciding what
equipment to purchase and how.
Repair/Maintenance
CTSS can have repaired most types of
university owned audiovisual and electronic
equipment. We also provide repair and
preventative maintenance of installed
multimedia systems in many of the classrooms
and lecture halls.
