Not only does ITLE specialize in multi site video conferences we also have the ability to do multi site audio conferences.  Participants can conference together from just about anywhere in the world using equipment as simple as a standard telephone.

With the advent of cellular phones, now you can even participate in a meeting while driving down a back country road or while lying out by your pool!    Even if someone was held up in traffic, they could call in on their cell phone and still make the meeting.

Audio conferences are preferable where remote sites may not have a high speed internet connection, videoconferencing equipment, or when video does not play an important role in conveying the message.

People can join audio conferences from their offices or homes, as opposed to having to travel to a video conferencing facility or to the meeting site itself.

ITLE can host up to 20 audio sites in a single or even multiple conferences.  Twenty sites doesn’t just mean you are limited to 20 people; small groups of people can join via a single connection via speaker phones at their remote locations, so you can actually have much more than 20 people participating.

We can also add audio sites into a videoconference so they can hear the audio and so they can participate in the video conference.

If you wish, you can also use our conference room which is equipped with a speaker phone to host your audio conference.

We also have an 800-service available which can be utilized so remote sites would not have to incur any charges by their long distance provider.
