Spring 2025 GTA Conference

Registration Deadline - January 2, 2025.
This "conference" serves as a training workshop for GTAs to prepare for teaching in the upcoming semester and attendance is required for all first-year graduate teaching assistants. GTAs with more experience are still highly encouraged to attend the conference as it offers valuable information on the following topics:
- Harnessing student strengths in the classroom
- Effective teaching strategies
- Boosting student engagement
- Best practices in assessment and grading
- Utilizing AI in the classroom
- Networking with experienced college instructors
Participants of the conference will receive a digital badge celebrating their attendance. Lunch will be provided. Please dress in business casual attire. Bring whatever you need to capture key points during the conference.
